Starting Small, Cleansing All (Zechariah 3:1-4:14)
Series: Zechariah
God’s plan goes far beyond the priesthood of Joshua and the Nation of Israel.  Zechariah introduces, “The Branch,” of whom Joshua is just a symbol.  Though Israel must start small, it is “the faith of a mustard seed” that produces a large tree.  The Kingdom of God encompasses the whole earth and features as its main feature, a wonderfully merciful God who plucks his people from the fire and washes them clean.
